Summary

We believe that the eSignature should be simple, intuitive and secure. That's why we're excited to share with you this batch of updates!

Take a closer look at the features and optimisations we released last month. 🎉

Easily initial all your documents

You can now simply initial all your documents directly in the Yousign application.

The Initials feature allows you to automatically generate the initials of the signers at the bottom of each page, in order to ensure that the entire document has been read properly.
There is no action required from the signers. Upon signing the document, they are informed that it will be automatically initialed.

It's quick and easy - Only one click to activate, send for signature, it's done!
It's automatic - Initials are automatically created on each page. No need to copy and paste!

Provide signers with a cooling-off period

The Cooling-off period feature allows banking institutions to meet, in the process of electronic signature, the legal requirements set by the French Scrivener Law.

The signatories of the documents have an 11-day cooling-off period, during which they can access the documents directly in Yousign, without being able to sign them. Once the cooling-off period is over, the signatories can sign the documents online.
