Yousign is a leading European SaaS player in the e-signature space, mainly active in France, Germany, and Italy. Having anticipated the shift towards paperless long before any European competitors, Yousign helps thousands of sales, purchasing, HR, legal, IT teams to digitalize and automate their contract processes.

Yousign seeks to support SMBs of various sectors through its easy-to-use electronic signature application. It also features a powerful API that is easy to integrate and facilitates adoption by smaller companies. The e-signature company aims to expand its product further up the value chain into document automation, approval management, and additional workflows.

Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset, Yousign has more than 9 000 customers, 3M+ monthly signers, 150+ employees, growing at a x2.5 rate YoY, making it the most performing e-signature scale-up in Europe.

After a successful seed round in 2019 with eFounders, one of the best SaaS seed investors in Europe, the company just closed a $35M Series A round, led by Lead Edge Capital, a tier-1 US based growth investment firm (Algolia, Blablacar, Asana, TransferWise, Toast, ...) to support its ambition of becoming the dominant European player in its category.

Job description

Within our marketing team, you will join the Brand Marketing department. You will be in charge of managing omnichannel communication campaigns and creating varied and quality content that will feed our different marketing initiatives and reinforce the Yousign brand.

We are looking for a Communication & Content Manager to join our growing Marketing Team. As a Communication & Content Manager, you will contribute to strengthening the Yousign brand, developing our reputation, and affirming our positioning. As a true Project Manager, you will pilot our communication campaigns and contribute on a daily basis to the production of assets at various formats.


Your missions

Editorial line:

  • Contribute to the definition of our tone of voice to assert Yousign's identity and make the brand speak in an impactful way
  • Take charge of the editorial planning of our blogs in connection with inbound marketing and product marketing teams
  • Enrich and harmonize our website content and structure in collaboration with the design, SEO teams, and product teams

Content writing:

  • Produce blog articles centered around eSignature, contract automation, and SMB’s digitization
  • Create wording for our communication assets both towards customers and external audiences
  • Contribute to the writing and optimization of our website pages

Communication campaigns:

  • Proactively contribute to the creation of the brand communication roadmap (product, awareness, corporate announcements, employer brand…)
  • Defining our next communication campaigns: budgets, KPIs, timeline, messages, formats, channels…
  • Managing the development and implementation of the campaigns in collaboration with all internal (design team, inbound marketing, product...) and external stakeholders (experts, suppliers, advertising networks…)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that your campaigns and content meet their objectives: direct traffic, brand requests, brand lift, purchase intent…

Event management:

  • Identify the main events in which Yousign can participate (brand, tradeshows, recruitment…)
  • Organize Yousign's presence at events (stands, goodies, commercial tools, speeches...)

Your background :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a communication agency and/or SaaS company
  • Strong brand and advertising culture (in B2B markets is a plus)
  • Knowledge of content creation and campaign management processes (retro planning, creative brief, production follow-up, event management, etc.)
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt your tone of voice to different situations and communication channels
  • Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills

This job will report to the Brand Manager
