Yousign is a leading European SaaS player in the e-signature space, mainly active in France, Germany, and Italy. Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset, Yousign has more than 7500 customers, 3M+ monthly signers, 130+ employees, growing at a x2.5 rate YoY, making it the most performing e-signature scale-up in Europe.

After a successful seed round in 2019 with eFounders, one of the best SaaS seed investors in Europe, the company just closed a $35M Series A round, led by Lead Edge Capital, a tier-1 US based growth investment firm (Algolia, Blablacar, Asana, TransferWise, Toast, ...) to support its ambition of becoming the dominant European player in its category.

Your Role: 

As a Business Operations Manager at Yousign, you will integrate the cross functional Operations team by working closely with Business teams, Project Managers, Salesforce Developers and Data Analysts. 

Your role is to empower the relationship between Finance, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care and Operations across the customer lifecycle to drive revenue, operational efficiency and growth through process improvements, strategic projects participation, CRM administration, setup and automations.

You will manage medium/long term projects and initiatives (Quarterly OKRs) in order to scale operational efficiency of our Finance, Sales and Care teams but also support them in their day-to-day tasks, answering their requests and making sure they don’t face any blocker with their toolset.

Your Mission:

  • Product Management: CRM, business tools functional ownership and administration
    • Be the main point of contact and the functional owner of our CRMs: Chargebee and Salesforce, plus other business tools.
    • With the support of the engineering pod for implementation: identify levers and automations, specify and develop new features, and improve usage of all these tools or find new ones when needed.
    • Ensure the connection of the CRM and Revenue Ops tools with our other internal products by effectuating reliable and useful data synchronizations.
    • Benchmark good practices, solutions and provide technological watch.
  • Operational excellence: process improvements and documentation
    • Analyze and optimize all internal business processes (Finance, Sales, Customer Care, Marketing), improve automatization and productivity.
    • Support daily requests from the team, provide quick and efficient solutions to several types of issues, update operational procedures…
    • Ensure all the processes you’ve designed and implemented are well documented, communicated, understood and easily accessible to the team in charge.
  • Data analysis : KPI Dashboard and Monitoring
    • In collaboration with the Data team, build and monitor KPI and Dashboards to follow performance of business teams.
    • Analyse data to help you identify problems and lever for improvement, monitor the impact of all the solutions implemented, and provide strategic recommendations.

More About You: 

  • You have at least two years of experience in Finance Ops, Business Ops or as a Business Analyst
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, knowledge of Chargebee is a plus
  • You have graduated with an MSc/Bac+5 from an engineering or business school 
  • Your level of French is impeccable and you have good English writing and speaking skills 
  • You are able to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • You’re no stranger to the agile spirit/methodology 
  • Previous experience in data management (ie. Excel, SQL) is a plus 
  • A natural team player, you are passionate about what you do and open-minded to new ideas

  • Benjamin, our Business Operations Director
  • Strategic Project Management - oversees punctual, transversal projects 
  • Business Operations - in charge of general strategy and implementation of new workflows 
  • Salesforce experts - engineering and amelioration of the CRM tool
