Yousign is a leading European SaaS player in the e-signature space, mainly active in France, Germany, and Italy. Having anticipated the shift towards paperless long before any European competitors, Yousign helps thousands of sales, purchasing, HR, legal, IT teams to digitalise and automate their contract processes.

Yousign seeks to support SMBs of various sectors through its easy-to-use electronic signature application. It also features a powerful API that is easy to integrate and facilitates adoption by smaller companies. The e-signature company aims to expand its product further up the value chain into document automation, approval management, and additional workflows.

Founded in 2013 by Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset, Yousign has more than 7500 customers, 3M+ monthly signers, 130+ employees, growing at a x2.5 rate YoY, making it the most performing e-signature scale-up in Europe.

After a successful seed round in 2019 with eFounders, one of the best SaaS seed investors in Europe, the company just closed a $35M Series A round, led by Lead Edge Capital, a tier-1 US based growth investment firm (Algolia, Blablacar, Asana, TransferWise, Toast, ...) to support its ambition of becoming the dominant European player in its category.

We are looking for a Head of Account Executives (H/F) who is driven by the desire to provide the best experience and the best service to our clients. Your mission will be to create the AE team that clients dream of having on the phone. In direct collaboration with the Sales Director, you will be in charge of defining the account executives strategy, manage your team and improve the processes.

 

Main missions: 

Strategy:

  • Define the AE strategy (100% closing)
  • Set goals, define key KPIs for success and ensure the achievement of related objectives
  • Analyse, structure and monitor your forecast

Management: 

  • Manage your team currently made up of 7 AE (France, Italy, Germany)
  • Recruit, train and upgrade the skills of current and future team members
  • Monitor & improve team’s KPIs and performance
  • Transmit and develop a customer-centric culture and strong team cohesion

Operations: 

  • Develop and put in place a profitable & scalable AE tools and processes 
  • Work transversally with other teams (Product, SDR/BDR, Customer Service, etc)

 

You have: 

  • 5+ years of Sales experience in the SaaS BtoB sector including at least one as manager/lead of an AE/AM team
  • Already worked with SMB clients
  • Excellent understanding of business strategy and strong ability to understand customer issues
  • Ability to manage changes and improve processes to overcome obstacles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (in french & english) and you are able to explain something complex with simple words
