Yousign came to be when Luc Pallavidino and Antoine Louiset met in engineering school in Caen. During their studies, they realised that the e-signature solutions on the market were difficult to use, mainly meant for big companies, and rarely centered around users' needs.
They both came up with the idea to develop an easy-to-use and legally binding e-signature solution meant for freelancers and SMBs. This is how Yousign came to be in 2013 !

We are united and committed to one mission: to reinvent the way companies, their employees and their partners work on a daily basis. To achieve this goal, we put team cohesion above all else: our collective spirit, our understanding, our exchanges, and our moments of happiness are the precious elements that shape our team and allow us to progress.
Transparency is essential. We create the conditions that allow us to speak freely and honestly, to challenge decisions and question the status quo, to celebrate victories and face failures together.
As an example, we share all the key information related to the company and the salary grid is disclosed and made available to each and everyone of us.
In order for each and every member of our team to flourish on a daily basis, trust is the essential foundation that allows each person to express and develop their talents. It is materialised in the freedom to organise, think and act, and it encourages everyone to take responsibility, to be bold and to be creative.
We have a collective ambition and try to excel in the areas we address, and in each situation we seek to go the extra mile and make the extra effort that will allow us to turn the correct into the good, the good into the excellent, and the excellent into the exceptional. We always strive for the best, individually and collectively.
Of course, everything isn't perfect. We're only humans, but we do our best to stay true to our values.
We have offices in Paris and Caen, but Yousigners are scattered throughout France.
Caen is where it all began for Yousign, and where it all starts for every newcomer as it is where the onboarding is held !
See openingsThe Paris office was inaugurated in 2019 and is now the one that gathers the most Yousigners.
See openingsAt Yousign, full remote is a possibility for certain positions and from metropolitan France.

See openingsRemote working has been in Yousign's DNA since the beginning. Whether it's working in full remote from home, in a coworking environment or working in our offices with occasional remote work. We all communicate both synchronously and asynchronously with tools that make this distance much easier to deal with: our virtual offices, Slack, Notion, Discord, Trello, Confluence, Gsuite, etc.
Our daily, weekly and quarterly rituals also allow us to meet together or as a team, in a formal or more relaxed way.
